Over the course of his career, he has worked at several large multi-site corporations. In the early 90s, Clément moved to private practice, where he has been working as a counsellor in legal and labour standards issues, as a solicitor in grievance arbitration and above all as a management spokesperson in the negotiation of collective agreements. Since a couple of years, he's concentrated in coaching management negotiators in major cases.
